To stop fire you will have to manually repair. Wall durability will be decreased if an attack is successful. The Wall in ROK is the main defense building. As a result, these imposing walls are entirely deserving of the moniker “man-made miracles.” Building these massive structures could be a massive undertaking in an era when technology was limited.
Know that going in.“Throughout history, walls have been an important component of human settlements. You should save that for the final upgrade that takes you to level 17. And it was already pointed out, but the game rewards you with a 7 day speed up upon finish the level 16 upgrade. You can also be rewarded with some for sending your scouts out constantly. If you run out of those building consumables, you can buy more with gems at the regular store and they are surprisingly cheap. Also, I think this part is obvious, but you will constantly want to have 2 builders.
If you want to do this without paying, you need to be checking in over and over and over throughout each day, not just once or twice. Constantly have your troops out gathering materials the whole two weeks. Get the gems that all of this will provide you from the main quest rewards and use them on speed ups at the traveling merchant. I think you end up needing something like 50k or 60k by the time you are nearing the end. And make sure you are mass producing troops in order to meet those requirements. Maybe bump up a second soldier up to somewhere around level 12 or so for those few levels that truly require two soldiers. My advice for anyone who sees this, use most of your XP consumables on 1 soldier.I got mine up to around level 23 by the time I was done. That seems weird to me, but it really worked.
There were a few levels that required a 2nd soldier simply for time-related reasons, but for the toughest ones, you just want to take your best soldier and dump all of your troops on them. The winning move was to just take 1 soldier into battle, even if the game allowed me to take 2 or 3. However, they require you to finish more and more of those expedition missions to advance all of that and I felt truly stuck. One of the most important things is to keep finishing those main quest objectives in order to receive the large gem payouts that each of the town hall objectives provide. The answer ultimately came from something that seemed a bit backwards to me. It seemed like I needed days and days worth of speed ups to get those last dozen upgrades done and I had no idea how I was going to get them. I actually did manage it without paying for anything.
